But what is extraordinary is that this operators figures for the first three quarters of 2009 showed losses. The final figures in the third quarter for 2009, from July to September, revealing the company lost more that £125K a month. With overall losses for the year, showing an 8% fall in revenues.
Why is this company in trouble? They have been around for eons - Bingo.com LTD (the company) are based in the West Indies and were originally founded way back in 1987 - and have been providing online bingo to players from around the world since 1999. With such a long time in the industry - as well as the No1 domain name for bingo! - one would think these guys had it in ‘the bag’…. According to Tarrnie Williams, Chief Executive for Bingo.com, the losses are down to players “becoming more sophisticated”…
So does that mean we will be seeing some big changes soon at bingo.com? At the moment they are still offering players a free £15 no deposit welcome bonus, and the prize jackpots in their pay to play bingo games are still offering some seriously BIG prize money. My advice… get in there while the going’s still good!
