New bingo website Minxy Bingo recently conducted a survey to find out which celebs “have the minxiest twinkle in their eye”. They asked 2000 people—but the results are a little peculiar—and they show some quite unexpected “secret minxes”.
Coming in first was GMTV’s Lorraine Kelly. Which isn’t suprising. Lesley Hall of Minxy Bingo explained that Lorraine’s “cheekiness, confidence and subtle sexiness marks her out as the ultimate secret minx”. Second place went to Fiona Bruce and in third place was Arlene Phillips from Strictly Come Dancing.
Others in the top ten included Karen Brady, Cherie Blair, Sarah Brown, Anne Robinson and Princess Anne.
And these are the suprising ones, Dragons Den’s hard-faced Deborah Meaden came in sixth, while The Apprentice star Maragret Mountford came in seventh! Margaret Mountford… Seriously?
This whole thing seems a bit bizarre to me…
It seems the players taking part in this survey, really don’t understand the term “minxy”.
And to make things just that little bit more obscure… Minxy Bingo also wanted the players to choose more conventional minxes, and that showed that Arlene Phillips is minxier than Britney Spears… And Anne Robinson, minxier than Madonna. Yeah.
