The joint owners of Gala Coral have already pumped a £100Million into the company, in an attempt to install some financial stability. However, it is reported that they cannot, or won’t, be throwing any more into the kitty. Also, the Royal bank of Scotland, Gala Coral’s chief lender, have ordered the sale of certain sectors of the business, in an attempt to balance the books. An allegation that has been denied by the group itself.
Gala Bingo has certainly been receiving a big promotional push just recently, especially the Gala TV Online Bingo club. All sorts of re-organising and big names being brought in, to hook the interest of Online players. Who knows? Maybe the side shuffle, into the world of celebrities, will be exactly what Gala Bingo needs. After all, a bit of the old ‘magic’ celebrity dust never did anyone any harm!
